Transportation Invoice

The template works with both the Microsoft Store edition and the desktop edition of the app. Make sure you have installed one of them.

1. Download the EXE package.
2. Double-click to extract the files into a folder. Make sure you have full access privileges to the folder, such as a subfolder inside “My Documents”.
3. Open the template.

The template includes five columns: "Date", "Product code" ("Product ID" in the original template), "Passenger", "Description", and "Fare". Since this is a service invoice template, the "Quantity" column in the original template was moved out of the printable area, and a default value of "1" is assigned to it.

This form shows the previous balance. The implementation details can be found at Forwarding Previous Invoice Balance (c5007).

To make the template suitable for use by transportation, taxi, and limousine service companies, it uses several custom fields, as detailed in the following table.
