2606876 - How to request a license key for SAP Crystal Reports - SAP for Me

To generate a license key for SAP Crystal Reports, do the following:

1. Go to SAP for Me >License Keys
2. Select/Search for the installation number
3. Click: + Add System
4. Enter the system data as follows:
   • Product: SAP Crystal Reports
   • Version: SAP Crystal Reports 2016 (or select the appropriate version from the drop-down, e.g. 2020, 2016, 2013, 2011)
   • System ID: Enter any 3 alphanumeric characters starting with a letter A-Z (e.g. "C16")
   • System name: Optional
   • System type: Select from drop-down (e.g. Development, Test, Productive..)
   • Operating System: Select from drop-down if not pre-populated (e.g. Microsoft Windows)
5. Click Continue
6. Click + Add License Key
   • Material: Select from drop-down list (Note: the "Licensed" number is the total quantity licensed for that particular license material)
   • Version: Select the version you need (Note: the "Remaining number" is the amount you can create a license key for)
   • Number of Licenses: Enter an amount up to the "Remaining" quantity
7. Click Add
8. Repeat Steps 6-7 if you want to generate additional license keys for the same product and version
9. Select the license keys from the list
10. Click Generate
11. The license key will be generated immediately so you can copy and use it during the SAP Crystal Reports software installation
